With almost 20 years of combined hospitality experience and deep roots in the region, Mitch and Anna have created a mobile catering experience that expresses their culinary style and values. Like many before them, they too have wandered the world from Europe to Canada and brought back their unique take on it all, forming a mobile catering business which is a local expression of their regional love – with a twist.
For instance, some caterers will tout some kind of organic fare but these two will dive into the ocean for you (at their secret spots), grab some greenlip mussels for your dinner and clean up afterwards leaving no trace, staying true to their sustainability ethos. If veggies are your thing, Mitch and Anna will head up to the hills where their secret gardeners provide the most unique foods from ancient potatoes to the freshest of micro-greens, all of which can be added to anything from a straight up pop-up picnic to a degustation style menu.
